The Royal Rumble odds keep shifting, and Roman Reigns keeps getting shorter. After Saturday Night's Main Event results, the Tribal Chief has moved from +150 to 10/11 (approximately -110) at most books. Bettors are hammering Reigns, with 64% of wagers backing his victory.

The Quick Hit

  • Men's favorite: Roman Reigns 10/11 (-110)
  • Women's favorite: Liv Morgan +100
  • Date: Saturday, January 31, 2026
  • Location: King Abdullah Financial District, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
  • Confirmed entrant: Cody Rhodes (entering at #1)

The odds have moved significantly since our initial Royal Rumble betting preview. Reigns was +150 then—now he's essentially even money.

Why Reigns' Odds Shortened

Two things happened at Saturday Night's Main Event that shifted the market:

  1. Drew McIntyre won the WWE Championship in a Three Stages of Hell match against Cody Rhodes. This removes Drew from the Rumble winner conversation—he's already got a title.

  2. Cody Rhodes declared himself the first entrant in the men's Royal Rumble. That's historically a bad position (very few winners enter at #1), but it also signals Rhodes won't win.

With McIntyre and Rhodes effectively eliminated from Rumble contention, the field narrowed. Reigns became the obvious choice for a WrestleMania main event setup, and the money flowed accordingly.

Updated Men's Odds

The current board from William Hill:

  • Roman Reigns: 10/11 (-110)
  • Bron Breakker: 5/2 (+250)
  • Sami Zayn: 10/1 (+1000)
  • LA Knight: 12/1 (+1200)
  • GUNTHER: 14/1 (+1400)
  • CM Punk: 16/1 (+1600)

That's a massive gap between Reigns and everyone else. Breakker at 5/2 represents the only realistic fade—the young powerhouse could be WWE's next big thing, and a Rumble win would rocket him to main event status.

The Women's Market

Liv Morgan leads at +100, but this market is trickier. Bianca Belair was the early favorite but has drifted due to hand injury concerns from WrestleMania 41.

Women's Rumble markets tend to be more volatile because WWE uses them for surprise returns and debuts. If a legend or returning star is planned, we won't know until they appear.

The SNME Fallout

Sami Zayn won a fatal four-way at SNME, boosting his odds slightly. But the real story was McIntyre's title win. The Scottish Warrior defeating Rhodes in brutal fashion changes the entire WrestleMania picture.

Now McIntyre needs a challenger. The most logical path: Reigns wins the Rumble, challenges Drew for the title at Mania. That's the main event WWE has been building toward since Reigns returned.

Historical Trends

The betting favorite has won the Royal Rumble more often than you'd expect in a 30-person match. Sportsbooks have gotten better at reading WWE's booking patterns, and the favorite typically hits.

Last year's Rumble saw the favorite win. The year before, the second choice. The market has been efficient.

The Longshot Value

If you're fading Reigns, Breakker at 5/2 is the play. Young, explosive, and positioned as a future star. WWE could push him into the main event picture early.

Jacob Fatu at longer odds offers dark horse value. He's been positioned as a dominant force, and a Rumble win would be a massive surprise that generates buzz.

The Bottom Line

Reigns at 10/11 isn't great value, but he's also the most likely winner. If you want action, the question becomes: do you pay the juice or fade the favorite?

Breakker at 5/2 represents the best risk/reward if you believe WWE goes a different direction. Otherwise, the Rumble market is basically Reigns vs. the field—and the field keeps getting shorter.

Saturday night in Riyadh. Set your alarms, wrestling degenerates.
